I started as an SEO coder in England, then in New Haven, Connecticut, where I learned early how much growth can come from understanding how people discover, evaluate, and choose products. What started with search expanded into the entire customer journey: SEO/GEO, performance marketing, content, paid media, lifecycle, automation, analytics, conversion, and retention.

Over the past 15+ years, I've built growth systems across early-stage startups, SaaS, marketplaces, PE-backed companies, and Fortune 100 portfolios, while leading MarTech and digital teams at the VP level.

Today, I'm focused on building the next generation of growth engines, combining proven growth fundamentals with AI, automation, and agents to move faster, experiment more, and scale what works. I'm as comfortable setting the strategy as I am getting hands-on and building it myself. Channels change. The goal doesn't: find growth, prove it with data, and build a system that compounds.
